Pot and Pan Man Products Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.potandpanman.com.  

All of our products are Delivered Drop-shipped Locally. We do our very best to inspect the shipment with our customers. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged. 

After your item is returned, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used for the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit  card statement. 

If the product is damaged or you initiated the return after 14 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
